Where does the time go?

Over a year has gone by and so much has happened. The new extension was finished by the beginning of the summer and we have some lovely new rooms including our beautiful King Garden Rooms which are either ground floor with patio area or upstairs with Juliette balconies and stunning garden views. The season was VERY busy and we have welcomed some new staff to help, particularly as our lovely long term housekeeper Jay, is off having had a beautiful baby girl called Darcy. She will hopefully be back this summer. We are being kept busy during the winter with lots of painting to freshen up the rooms and we are desperately hoping to get going on the new spa room. The huge jacuzzi was craned in before the roof was fitted but is currently still boxed and waiting. I need to keep reminding myself that Rome wasn't built in a day:-(
